CPD powerline develops customised solutions such as our Pole Erector to Safely handle, lift, transport and erect Poles.
CPD powerline was the 1st contractor in the UK to invest in a pole filtration system to safely store and access poles, minimising their impact on the environment.
From a recent Achilles audit CPD powerline has scored 100% in our activities around Health & Safety, Environment, Quality & Corporate Social Responsibility.

CPD powerline have engaged the use of authorised “Drone” operators to assist in Surveying if required. CPD powerline have the capacity to use these drones in areas that are difficult to access or as additional support when surveying powerline infrastructure.
CPD powerlines patented “Multiple Pole Grab technology” enables our vehicles to be loaded with poles without the need for the driver to leave the safety of his cab.
CPD powerline is the first contractor in the UK to invest in a Pole Filtration System for our Pole Bunds. These elevated steel frame pole racks can capture any inadvertent preservative leakage from stored poles.
Through use of algorithms, CPD powerline has developed a unique platform that can be customised to capture specific client data required. This seamless approach to information management, real time flow of data & robust reporting enables CPD powerline to deliver projects on time and within budget
CPD powerline has developed a unique Mobile App enabling our employees to record information such as incidents/near miss reporting,lone working & risk assessments. Information is automatically uploaded by satellite significantly streamlining the recording and reviewing of data.
